Who Was I?

Listen; not long ago, I was in the same place financially as you are right now. And probably worse. I wasn't born into money and in all honesty I never had much in the beginning. I had plenty of debt, but actual cash was very, very hard to come by.

My old life as a Kansas City police officer. I'm in the front row left side.

I worked for the police department for nearly 10 years and moonlighted nearly the entire time. What a life! Working 12-15 hour days for an opportunity to maybe take a vacation. The only problem was I had to compete for vacation time with others and almost never got the days off I wanted or the vacation time I wanted.

I had to do something about it...

That's when I finally realized I would never achieve my dream of financial freedom working for others and living my life for someone else!

After working a job that most did not appreciate, I began looking for my way out of the rat race!

I began investing in Real Estate and
staked MY claim to FINANCIAL FREEDOM through Real Estate.

Who Am I Now?

I am now a national speaker and trainer on real estate investing, author, publisher of TWO national newsletters, a web TV show and talk radio show host (980AM KMBZ).

Now even though I am a full-time investor who does deals literally all over the country, I’ve chosen to share my knowledge with other investors like you because I enjoy helping people. As a police officer I helped save lives every single day. As an investor trainer, I do the same thing. I help save financial lives. I’ve helped people ages 18-88 use my real estate investing techniques to do the same for themselves. I’ve built a real estate investing MACHINE, and I love teaching dedicated people EXACTLY how to build the same machine.

Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing the many students I’ve taught going out there and dominating their real estate markets with my proven investing techniques.
